Notification customization tags
Notifications can be customized using tags. When the message is sent, each tag is automatically replaced with the order, customer, or establishment information.
The available tags depend on the language used in your interface. The names displayed in the tag list always correspond to those you should use in your notification templates.
Where do I configure notifications?
Notification templates can be modified from Configuration, General Options, in the Notifications section.
simple tags
Simple tags are replaced with a single value when the notification is sent.

Conditional tags
Conditional tags allow text to be displayed only when certain conditions are met.
The text placed between the two tags will only be displayed if the corresponding condition is true.

Hallo, Your order no.in the amount of is ready. Your order will be delivered soon.
Upon submission, all tags will be automatically replaced with the actual order information.
Advice
- You can use as many tags as needed in a single notification.
- Tags can be used in the subject and content of notifications when the channel allows it.
- Always perform a test after modifying a notification template.
- Some sending methods may limit formatting or customization options.
