Actions / Payment methods
🧭 To access the actions configuration page, navigate to Configuration > Actions.
⚙️ This page allows you to configure the different action buttons displayed in the sales interface.
Adding certain action buttons allows you to activate specific features, such as editing purchase orders or delivery notes.
➕ Add a new action / payment method
Click the button Toevoegen at the top of the table.
Fill in the fields provided in the window that appears.
✏️ Modify an existing action / payment method
Double-click the field you want to edit.
Press Enter to confirm. Changes are automatically saved.
📋 Betekenis van de verschillende velden
- 🏷️ Naam : Name displayed on the receipt and on the keypad.
- 🔢 Positie : Position of the button in the keyboard. Can be changed by dragging and dropping.
- 🔁 Type : Type of action or payment method (influences the behavior of the button).
- 💶 Bedrag : Default amount associated with the action. Can be multiplied by an entered quantity.
- 📉 Min amount : Minimum amount required to use this payment method.
- 📈 Max amount : Maximum amount allowed for this payment method. If exceeded, the maximum amount will be used.
- 🏬 Cashbox : Indicates the cash register on which this button will be displayed.
🧩 Different types of action
The type determines the behavior of the button. Here are some examples:
- 💵 Cash, Credit Card, Check, Refunds
- 🎫 Restaurant vouchers, credit notes, loyalty points
- 🖨️ Ticket printing : print the receipt
- 🧮 Subtotaal : makes a subtotal of the order
- 📅 Valutadatum : schedules the order for a future date
- ➕ Nieuwe bestelling : puts the current order on hold and starts a new one
- 📝 Opmerking : adds an unprinted note to the ticket, visible in the history
- 👤 Klant : associates a customer with the order
- 📧 Email / SMS / Postal Invoice : sends the invoice to the customer through the selected channel
- 📦 Voeg een nieuw artikel toe : add an item on the fly during the sale
- 🔒 Kassa afsluiten : allows you to close the cash register
- 🎁 Aangeboden artikel : applies a 100% discount to the last item
- 🔄 Change user : allows you to quickly switch to another user
- 📂 Huidige bestellingen : displays pending orders
- 🧾 Round down : applies a reduction to round down to the lower number
- 💁 Tip : records a tip
- ⭐ Shortcuts : creates quick access to frequently used items
- 📑 Documents : adds actions to edit purchase orders, delivery orders, expense reports, etc.
